Clubs, networks and associations should consider the most appropriate way of generating the finance to meet their aims and objectives.  In some cases this will be a funding application, though in many cases this could be improving your local fundraising efforts, developing a business plan or even securing sponsorship.

Sport England are committed to the creation of a world leading community sport system.  They have a range of funding options that eligible organisations and clubs can apply for. Cash 4 Clubs offers all sports clubs in the UK the chance to win grants ranging from £250 to £1000. It is a simple scheme aimed at giving community clubs a helping hand and provide the opportunity to raise the money they need to invest in their club. Please click here to visit their website.

The Torch Trophy Trust offers bursaries to help volunteers to improve their skills as coaches or officials but are unable to do so without funding. The Bursaries provide financial support for those wishing to undertake training. Please click here to visit their website.

 

ASA North East Region Funding Scheme
This is available for affiliated clubs and club networks looking to achieve greater success in aquatics within the North East Region.

The region is looking to invest in projects, clubs and networks which support the delivery of the outcomes of the 2013-2017 business plan. These will need to demonstrate how they will focus on the delivery of one or more of the following themes: Governance, Talent, Workforce, Participation and Clubs. All applications will need to demonstrate Need, Impact, Deliverability and Sustainability and have some match funding and/or ‘value in kind’ funding.
