Young North East Divers travel to Canada for the FINA Grand Prix

A team of young divers are making their way over to Canada for the FINA Grand Prix which kicks off on the 6th April, of which, four are from the City of Sheffield diving club.

World junior bronze medallist Matthew Dixon (Plymouth Diving) is returning to action after winning bronze at the British Diving National Cup in Plymouth. He will be competing in the 10m Platform alongside National Cup Champion Noah Williams (Dive London) before teaming up in the 10m Synchro.

City of Sheffield’s Jack Haslam is enjoying a strong start to his season after winning his first senior National Cup title in February. He will compete in the 3m Springboard alongside his brother Ross (also City of Sheffield).

Ross Haslam will also take to the boards for the Mixed 3m Synchro with his team mate Millie Fowler while Gemma McArthur (Southampton Diving) and Shanice Lobb (Dive London) will compete in the 10m Platform. City of Sheffield’s Millie Haffety will also compete in Canada as part of the British contingent.
