Volunteer Training

 

Volunteering in any role is both challenging and rewarding and to ensure the roles are done efficiently and correctly and there are a number of qualifications and training opportunities for the various roles. These include teaching and coaching qualifications, welfare and safeguarding awareness training, time keeper, judge qualifications, team manager, club captain and poolside helper qualifications.

Not all clubs will pay fully for high level courses but they may be happy to contribute towards costs. Talk to your club and see what they can offer. County Sport Partnerships often run courses and can offer funding towards qualifications, more information on these can be found here: CSP
