SUMMARY:Northumberland and Durham Masters Development Day
DESCRIPTION:The day is designed to support Masters swimmers of all abilities\, combining pool-based coaching\, strength and conditioning\, and specialist educational workshops to help participants enhance their performance both in and out of the water. \nThe programme begins with two hours of long-course pool training\, offering swimmers the opportunity to develop technique\, fitness and race skills in a 50m environment. This will be followed by a Strength and Conditioning session led by Nathan Alford\, focusing on exercises and training principles that can help improve swimming performance\, strength and resilience. \nThe day concludes with an exciting and informative workshop on Breathwork for Masters Swimming Performance. \nPlaces cost £25 and can be booked via the link below.
