YSA Athlete Development Workshops 17th March 2024

£5.00The online session will provide athletes born in 2011 with an introduction to Sports Psychology, Nutrition and Performance Lifestyle.
Athletes born 2011 are invited to attend. If you are already booked onto the Yorkshire Swimming Association Swimming Development Camps for 2023/24 you do not need to book these online workshops. You will be sent the details how to join.
