As a result of points discussed at Club Network, Northumberland and Durham Coaches Forum and Northumberland and Durham Competition Planning meetings, we have compiled a list of planned swimming competitions for clubs within the county. Please can you check this planner prior to putting in an application for a competition licence and organising a competition in your club.
Please note that the the North East Licensing Officer will not grant a licence for your competition if there is already a competition of the same level in your area in the calendar. You will also need to apply for your license at least two months before your event.

Once you have been granted a licence for your competition then you can request for it to be added to the Regional website events calendar. This can be done by completing the following form: Website events request form.
A meeting will be held annually by Northumberland and Durham and the North East Licensing Officer to plan future competitions in the area. Invites to this will be provided to each club and a representative will be expected to attend with proposed dates for the clubs competitions for the following year.
