At Swim England North East, we are committed to providing clear, accessible support to clubs, volunteers, coaches, officials and members across the region. Working closely with the national Swim England team, our aim is to ensure clubs can easily access the guidance, resources and expertise they need to thrive.
A Clearer Structure and One Front Door
Swim England has introduced a new support structure designed to make it easier for clubs to access help and advice. The primary point of contact for all enquiries is support@swimming.org. Enquiries are then directed to the most appropriate person or team, ensuring clubs receive timely and specialist support.
This approach allows Swim England North East clubs to benefit from both local knowledge and national expertise while avoiding the need to navigate multiple contacts or departments.
How Swim England North East Fits into the Wider Structure
Swim England North East forms part of the wider Swim England structure, working collaboratively with national teams to support clubs and members across the region. While specialist support is delivered through national leads, the region remains an important link between clubs, counties and Swim England, ensuring local needs and priorities are represented and supported.
This joined-up approach ensures that clubs across the North East have access to support at local, regional and national levels.
