Developing a Performance Lifestyle Online Athlete Workshop

The Swim England North East Region are please to make available this online Performance Lifestyle workshop to support the development of athletes aged from 11 to 16 years of age from across all our aquatic disciplines.
The workshop will be educational, informative, interactive and delivered by experienced, qualified practitioners. The workshop will also include a Q&A section.
The workshop will cover the following:
- Time management
- Prioritisation and planning
- Communication
- Recovery
The fee to attend is £5/learner.
The workshop joining details will be sent to those who book a place in the week prior to each workshop taking place.

Please note, if you are part of the Northumberland and Durham or Yorkshire County Swimming Camps, there will be no charge to attend this workshop, please use the voucher code you have been provided to book on.
