The Swim England North East’s newly formed water polo squad, many of whom had never played competitively together before, took on five fast-paced and exciting matches, showing outstanding determination and a brilliant team spirit throughout.

With two impressive wins, one nail-biting close game, and a dramatic penalty shoot-out, the girls demonstrated just how quickly they could grow, adapt, and rise to the challenge.

The coaching team were hugely impressed with how the players gelled and improved from match to match. The progress from game one to game five was remarkable.
