NDSA Swimming Competition Planning Meeting – 2026/2027 season

The county with support from the North East Licencing Officer will be holding a calendar planning meeting on Wednesday 22nd October 2025, 7pm start in the Pease Suite at the Dolphin Centre in Darlington to plan the 2026 – 2027 calendar.
As with previous years, clubs have been sent a draft calendar for us to populate ahead of the meeting to allow us to agree and discuss any clashes on the night.
We would be grateful if you could let us know via email if your club will be attending the meeting, especially if you have a potential clash with another club which will need discussing on the night. If your club isn’t represented, then you might not get your preferred competition dates
