Welfare Officer (Time to Listen) Course

Note:- Due to changes in Swim England Policy, the NE Region have unfortunately been forced to charge for this course.

The Time to Listen course is available to Club Welfare Officers who must be over the age of 18.

Attendees must have attended a Safeguarding and Protecting Children course within the last 3 years either as a face to face or online with UK coaching, as a front line employee (e.g. Nurse, Teacher, Social Worker) or another course which is backed by the local children’s safeguarding board.

The course is expected to last approximately four hours, breaks will be provided throughout.

Technical requirements to access the online classroom:

You can access the online classroom through your mobile phone, tablet, PC or laptop. The online classroom is powered by Zoom (please ensure that you have downloaded the necessary software).

• Be over 18 years of age
