Swim England have announced that nominations for the National Awards 2023 are now OPEN! The Awards will return to the Great Hall of the University of Birmingham on Saturday 18 November 2023.

Winners in a variety of award categories will be announced live at a ceremony. The Awards will recognise and celebrate aquatics’ incredible spirit by highlighting individuals, groups, and organisations for their passion, dedication, and outstanding commitment. Winners from the North East Region will be shortlisted with the chance of winning the National Award.

The event will also see the return of the Swim England Hall of Fame, recognition of our Breakthrough Athletes and presentations of the Harold Fern and Alfred H Turner awards.

In 2023, additional awards will also be recognised, which range from Swimming Teacher, Swim School and Educator of the Year awards, plus the brand new Inclusion Impact Award.
