Wavepower, Swim England’s safeguarding policy and procedures document, has been updated with a number of key changes including Adult safeguarding, changing rooms, approved training, safer recruitments and the role of the Club Welfare Officer.

Drop in sessions for those holding key club roles to help clarify these changes have been scheduled. These will be led by members of Swim England’s safeguarding team and those attending will also get the chance to take part in an open forum questions and answer session.
