Maltby witnessed an energetic and productive training session today as 24 girls, predominantly from the 08 IR team, came together to work on their swimming drills, teamwork, and ball skills. With assistance from the 07’s, the young athletes dedicated themselves to improving their passes and shots in a spirited display of determination and collaboration.
The session began with the younger players receiving coaching from Luke and Carl, who stepped in to offer their support. This act of mentorship not only provided valuable guidance but also fostered a sense of unity among the different age groups. Luke and Carl’s expertise played a crucial role in refining the skills of the budding talents, who eagerly absorbed their advice.
Under the watchful eyes of the coaching team, comprising Luke, Carl, Matt, Chris, and Team Manager Liz, the girls embarked on a series of drills designed to enhance their swimming technique and overall ball skills. Armed with their wealth of knowledge and experience, the coaches expertly guided the players through various exercises, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and effective communication on the field.
