Our swimmers continued to impress at the European Masters Championships 2026 last week, delivering a series of strong performances across both individual and team events on Days 3 and 4.
Day 3 Highlights
The 25-35 Technical Team put in a fantastic performance, finishing in 11th place against strong international competition.
In the solo events, Rosie Clarke achieved an excellent 6th-place finish in the 30-39 Free Solo, showcasing both technical skill and artistic expression in a highly competitive field.
Day 4 Highlights
Day 4 saw Rosie Clarke and Scarlet compete in the 25-29 Free Duet, where they delivered a strong routine to finish 12th overall.
There were further successes in the 40-49 Free Duet event, with both Northumberland and Durham pairings producing outstanding performances:
👏 Emma Knight and Charlotte Hughes secured an impressive 6th-place finish.
👏 Janine Edwards and Ellen Limebear also performed brilliantly, finishing 14th overall.
Congratulations to all four athletes on delivering such fantastic routines and representing the region with pride.
The day’s competition concluded with the 25-34 Free Team Routine, where the team produced another strong performance to finish 9th overall.
