A team of talented Masters artistic swimmers from City of Bradford Artistic Swimming Club has travelled to Slovakia to compete at the European Masters Artistic Swimming Championships, representing both their club and the North East region on the international stage.
The opening day of competition brought immediate success, with the athletes delivering a series of impressive performances in the Technical Solo events.
- Rosie Clarke (née Barrington) claimed a silver medal in the 30-39 Technical Solo category.
- Scarlet Garland secured a bronze medal in the 20-25 Technical Solo event.
- Isobel Davies achieved an excellent fifth-place finish in the 25-29 Technical Solo competition
These outstanding results provide a fantastic start to the championships and reflect the dedication, commitment, and talent of the swimmers and coaching team.
With the Technical Solo events complete, attention now turns to the Duet competitions, where the athletes will be looking to build on their early success and continue their strong performances in Slovakia.
