Wear Valley ASC is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join its dedicated coaching team and support the continued development of swimmers across all levels, from Learn to Swim through to County, Regional, and National squads.
The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach in delivering engaging training sessions, motivating swimmers, and maintaining strong relationships with athletes, parents, and volunteers. A passion for swimming and commitment to safeguarding and welfare are essential.
Requirements:
- Swim England Assistant Swimming Coach qualification (Level 1 or equivalent)
- NRASTC or NPLQ
- Enhanced DBS and Safeguarding Level 1
Details:
- Part-time, self-employed role
- Location: Woodhouse Close Leisure Centre, Bishop Auckland, County Durham
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
