Aquatics Lead Coach (Hybrid Role)
Aquatics Lead Coach, a vital hybrid role that combines coaching with key administrative duties of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Drive forward the values and ethos of Durham City Aquatics.
- Ensure high standards of coaching and athlete development throughout the club.
- Provide coaching cover across various streams outside of the Performance squads to maintain a deep understanding of the club and its athletes.
- Offer coaching support during absences such as holidays, gala attendance, and more.
