Due to the latest statements released from The Government and Swim England around cancelling an event in light of the Coronavirus, the Northumbeland and Durham Swimming Association are regrettably postponing the Northumberland and Durham training camps scheduled to take place this weekend at Consett Leisure Centre.
The county would like to look to reschedule the camps that were due to take place this weekend for later in the year and are hopeful that the weekend in June will still run.
This isn’t a decision that the county has taken lightly but the welfare of the athletes, coaches and volunteers have to be their first priority. They will be in touch in due course when we know anything further.
