Seating plan for teams

Please see below the seating plan for team (swimmers & athletes). With over 1100 of the regions athletes competing in the venue over the weekend, we have allocated areas to teams (based on number of individual entrants) so that team staff are able to both safeguard their athletes and also enjoy the event.

Event Overview

The Championships will take place at Ponds Forge, Sheffield, from 30 October to 1 November 2026.

Friday 30 October (evening session): 800m and 1500m Freestyle events for swimmers aged 15 and over only
Saturday 31st October and Sunday 1st November,: events for Age Group swimmers and those aged 15 years and over

Important Schedule Update – 15yrs / Over Championships

Following the close of entries, the programme has been reviewed to ensure the Championships can run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. As a result, two events have been moved to the end of the morning session rather than taking place after the lunch break.

We recognise that changes to the published programme can be inconvenient for those directly affected. However, the Championships Conditions specifically provide the Swimming Manager with the authority to adjust arrangements where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Championships. The revised programme has therefore been issued accordingly.

All swimmers and clubs affected by these changes are asked to ensure they familiarise themselves with the updated programme and revised event timings.
