Today the swimmers completed two pool sessions focusing on Butterfly and Breaststroke and starting techniques while and on the land, they took part in a body weight exercise circuit and a goal setting session.  These sessions were overseen once again by the camps head coach Chris Leighton (BOSSS), supported by Howard Leighton as Team Manager (BOSSS) and skills coaches Emily Betham (Tynemouth), Tim Maddison (Aqua Force), Joe Richards (Middlesbrough), Sue Thorpe (Gateshead and Whickham), Brad Dobson (Chester -Le-Street) and Michele Davison (Newcastle Swim Team).
