On Sunday 16th January, North East Para-swimmers once again returned to Catterick Leisure Centre in North Yorkshire to attend the second in the series of four regional Para-Swimming sessions.

14 athletes were lead by a coaching team overseen by Richmond Dales coach Keith Hall. During the sessions, athletes participated in land and pool based activities. All worked hard and the feedback from those who attended has been positive.
