Today, swimming coaches from across the North East region attended a Coach Development Workshop at the Sunderland Aquatics Centre. The workshops focused on starts, turns, planning and periodisation.
The workshop was led by Ryan Livingstone, Head Coach of Newcastle Swim Team, and included both poolside and classroom based teaching and learning.
