To help us understand the issues currently facing clubs, their professional staff and members at this difficult time, a short online survey has been prepared. Please take a little time to complete the questions as full and honestly as you can.

Your answers will provide a snapshot of the issues which clubs are facing and help focus our efforts. What you tell us will be shared with Sport England, Swim England and also with your county.

The survey will remain open until 29th April 2020 but we will begin to analyse results before that.
