On Friday, July 14th, a group of 28 talented North East water polo girls embarked on an exciting journey towards improving their fitness, speed, and strength. Ranging in age from 2012 to 2007, these young athletes demonstrated remarkable dedication and enthusiasm throughout the training session. With a combination of land exercises, swimming drills, and polo skills, these aspiring water polo players put their hearts and souls into becoming “Fitter, Faster, Stronger.”
