Morpeth Amateur Swimming Club is seeking an ambitious and experienced Head Coach to lead the club’s coaching programme and Performance Squad.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing national-level programme, supporting swimmers competing at County, Regional and National level, while helping shape the future direction of the club.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead and develop the club’s performance pathway
- Deliver high-quality coaching across the programme
- Mentor and support the wider coaching team
- Create a positive, inclusive and high-performance environment
- Prepare swimmers for national competition and progression opportunities
Applicants should ideally hold a Swim England Level 3 qualification, although experienced Level 2 coaches working towards Level 3 will also be considered.
Role Details
- Self-employed position
- Approx. 40 hours per week
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
- Based primarily in Morpeth, with some sessions at Ponteland and Ashington
- Relocation support may be considered
