Would you like to spend the day working with Abbie watching technical demonstrations that have helped her to reach the technical standards required to swim at international level
There are a maximum of 6 swimmers/lane and clinics include:
2 swim sessions working on technique drills, starts & turns with demonstrations from
2 dryland sessions covering warm up, stretching, injury prevention, strength & conditioning, and core stability exercises
Freestyle clinic for swimmers aged 11-16 years from 9.00-15.45 only £80.00
Freestyle clinic for swimmers aged 8-10 years from 9.00-15.30 only £60.00
There will also be time throughout the day for autographs and photos with Abbie
