The Masters Swimming Inter-county Championships took place on Sunday 10th November at the Neptune Leisure Centre in Middlesbrough. Four teams competed in this division: Cheshire, Cumbria, Northumberland & Durham (N&D), and Yorkshire.
The afternoon was filled with thrilling races and outstanding team spirit. Swimmers from various clubs put on exceptional performances, proudly representing their counties.
The two North East Region counties delivered impressive performances, securing the top spots:
1st – Yorkshire (251 points)
2nd – N&D (180 points)
3rd – Cheshire (142 points)
4th – Cumbria (86 points)
