British Swimming have announced that the British Olympic Association (BOA) has confirmed an additional 24 athletes as part of the swimming team that will represent Team GB at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games this summer. This follows the second phase of selection at the British Swimming Selection Trials in London last week, taking the current team size to 28.
These include several swimmers who have come through the the Swim England North East Region pathway. Congratulations to those who have been selected.
Further swimmers may be added in June as per the third and final phase of the selection policy.
