City of Sunderland ASC is seeking a passionate and qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead and deliver its land training programme. This part-time role (9–10 hours per week across 3–4 evenings) involves supporting swimmers across all stages of development, from junior to performance levels.
The successful candidate will lead S&C delivery for all squads, mentor a developing coach, liaise with swimming coaches, and conduct physical competency screenings. Applicants must hold a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science (or related field) and be UKSCA accredited, with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in S&C.
The role offers £15/hour, with administration hours to be discussed. A strong understanding of LTAD principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for athlete development are essential.
