Are you a passionate swimming coach ready to inspire and develop young athletes?

Peterlee ASC, a small and friendly swimming club, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Head Swimming Coach to join their team. In this key role, you will support swimmers in reaching their full potential while contributing to a positive and inclusive club environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Coach in planning and delivering effective training sessions.
Provide technical instruction and constructive feedback to swimmers of all levels.
Identify and nurture emerging talent.
Support the ongoing development of the club’s swimming programme.
Foster a supportive, team-focused atmosphere.

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of swimming.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers.
Relevant Swim England coaching qualifications (or equivalent).
Safeguarding qualification.
