Please note the following regarding changes to Element 13 for SwimMark Essential accreditation:

From July the Club Personnel Report will replace the need to upload two documents for Element 13. Clubs are now asked to use the Club Personnel Report on OMS to list all club volunteers and individuals in the roles listed within the Governance, Technical Officials, Competition Positions, Support Positions and the existing Coaching and Teaching Register.

The OMS Guide to Managing your Club Personnel Record including the Role Descriptor Guidance attached will support clubs to determine the minimum requirements for each role. A reminder that clubs must now only use information from the Club Personnel Report for SwimMark and Stronger Affiliation i.e. we will only accept information submitted as evidence in the PDF format as detailed in the OMS Club Personnel Report User Guide. Please do not submit screenshots from OMS or information in any other format (or try to amend information submitted) as this will be rejected.

Element 14 & Element 15: If the required evidence for these two elements are evidenced in Element 13 – the Club Personnel Report, you can now upload the template exemption form from the template tab within the element.
