We welcome Louise Graham who has joined the Swim England North East Region Development Team. Louise brings a wealth of experience in aquatics having represented both the Region and GB in her competitive swimming days, before embarking upon a twenty-year career as a Head Coach leading various clubs around the North East and North West. Her swimmers have produced over thirty international medals in both able-bodied and para-swimming, and she is also a coaching tutor, developer and mentor for Swim England.
As a graduate of the UK Sport Elite Coach Programme and a published researcher in the academic field, Louise brings with her a broad range of contacts, skills and knowledge from across the sector into her new role. Her primary focus will be on generating additional income streams to facilitate the delivery of the strategic objectives within the Region’s business plan.
