The U18s Girls’ Inter-Regional Championships took place in the north-west region on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 March.
Congratulations to the North East girls who claimed the silver medal at the competition narrowly losing to North West 10-8 which is an massive achievement from the bronze they won at U14 pre covid ( no U16s due to the pandemic) but great news for our academy team as most were a year or two younger so the future 06 team is looking promising .
The North East boys are competing this weekend, again being held at the Palatine hosted by North West Region so lets hope for a similar or better result
